The former Verdict Bakery in the Market Place had a ‘soft re-open’ in June under the new name of Daniel’s.
After an internal refit, it is now open for evening meals too.
The daytime is still on the brunch favourites that Verdict did well. But the evening menu has a more serious feel, with an extensive cocktail list and a range of mainly Italian dishes.
Daniel’s is managed by the same people behind the popular Pizzaolo on Windmill Road, and the pizzas, as expected, are very good!
